QR code shouldn't be attached to confirmation email
Currently the QR code is automatically attached to confirmation email and cannot be removed. It's confusing for our guests as they don't know why we have this attachment on their confirmation email.
An hotel can prefer to communicate about their online check-in than checking in on a Kiosk. I would prefer if you could hotel choose.
Great news to see this is in the pipeline as we do not use QR codes either. I saw an option to include a QR tag, which we didn't but it for some reason is still showing up in the email!

YES!!! We do not use the QR code. There needs to be an option to disable from all emails. Thanks.

When we sent the online checkin email to our guests, a QR code get inserted automatically into it whereas we don't use any QR code system. It confuses a lot our client so if the email is not customizable, this QR code needs to be removed by default.
