Scheduled Year Overview Report Date Range Error
When scheduling reports, you typically have them scheduled to send via email in the morning. This ensures that all data is accurate for the day prior.
When scheduling Month Overview Manager Reports, you can select the date range to be from the 1st of the Month to Today 00:00 (midnight the night prior). This is great because all the data is final and cannot / should not really be adjusted.
However, when scheduling the Year Overview Report, the only option for date range is from the 1st of the year to Tomorrow 00:00 (which is midnight tonight as opposed to…

Currency selection on pro forma and final invoice
When working in multicurrency environment, it would be great to be able to select only 1 currency to be displayed on the pro forma and final invoice of a customer. This will avoid a lot of confusion and discussion over the FOREX used by the hotel.

long stays information
We have some ‘Long stays’ but there is no where we can see the actual number of days they’re staying (without looking at the arrival and departure date and making the maths). It would help if there could be a way of having a number (it could be right next to the reservation dates and inside parentheses) indicating the total room nights of that reservation

Advanced purchase % off by day
Create an option to amend the advanced purchase discount % by day or day of week. I.e. Monday - Wed 10% off and thursday - saturday 15% and sunday 20% off

Mews analytics : default hotel in a chain
When you have a chain of hotels you always see the data of the entire chain first, which makes it unnessarary slow. Maybe default the hotel choosen? Or make it an option per employee/ Eg. the ceo of the chain will want to see them all, but the general manager of hotel x, will by default want to see his own hotel.

Restrict Spaces so children can't be booked in
Currently you can book adults or children into a space. However, particularly in hostels, some rooms aren't suitable for children. eg. you shouldn't be allowed to book a 10 year old into our 28 bed dorm on their own.

Automatic and manually services to be applied on bookings and reported
Option to choose automatic housekeeping services to be applied on all bookings that has a stay for more than x days, such as towel change every x days and bedlinen every x days during a stay. Also the option to manipulate, add or move these services to other days. A report on all these services should be possible to access so that the housekeeping team can organize and plan the work volume for the upcoming xx days.

You should be able to see any roomnights on a "£0.00" rate from the management report. You should also be able to pull a "Zero Rate" report

Blackground colours in Room Numbers
Option to put different colours in blackground of the Room Numbers.
Notes of Status of the Room. For example:101 in red means that "cot for baby inside the room"

Possibility of sorting the housekeeping report by building, especially for assignee.
This possibility could help assigning buildings for housekeepers. very needed in resorts.

Block room as OOO even if it's occupied
At the moment, if you want to block a space as OOO the space has to be empty. This is really frustrating if you have a big space, eg our 28 bed dorm. I need to unallocate/upgrade all bookings first. It would be easier if I could mark the space as OOO first, then any reservations that can fit into other spaces of this type would be automatically moved. Everything else would sit unallocated for me to upgrade when I'm ready.

Ability to assign Space/Room to Optional Reservations.
Currently in the Status Tab of an Optional Booking, we don't have the ability to assign a Space. However Mews automatically assigns a Space. i.e when Mews assigns a Space, we cannot assign to a different Space, other than by using the timeline to move the reservation. We require the ability to assign space from the Status tab, so that we can assign to None(un-assigned). Similar to Confirmed reservations.

vacant list
We would like to have in just one report all vacant rooms including clean, dirty, inspected, out of service or out of order, and also rooms that have been allocated to guests due to check in but are technically vacant without the need of printing every single report separately.

Reservation assignment space status
When a guest books, status inspected should be the preferable choice, then dirty, out of service. That inspected room would be already ready for check-in, whether the out of service room isn't yet.
