Occupancy - Display Total Room Revenue
When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)
It shows the Average Daily Rate, but would it be possible to also have displayed what the Total Room Revenue is too? e.g. ADR $200.00 x 38 rooms = $7,600.00.

Ability To E-mail Exported Reports WITHOUT Downloading First
We need to be able to quickly and efficiently e-mail reports to other departments, and it is too fiddly and time-consuming to export, then download, the save somewhere, then attach as an e-mail and send.
Could it be possible to add an option to e-mail a report directly from the Exports?

Ability to cancel and amend already-posted Products
If you accidentally post an incorrect amount for a Product, or forget to enter some information such as a check no. or any other relevant information, there does not seem to be any way either outright cancel that posting, or to amend either the amount you accidentally posted, or enter some notes you forgot to write.
Could this please be rectified ASAP?

Individual bills
Ensure that the items for each stay are assigned to an individual bill. It is confusing, if there are different stays and prepayments displayed on one bill and extra work is needed to separate them for check-out.

Add amenities to room category
Mews lists amenities on the individual room level.
It makes more sense to list amenities on the room category level so that all rooms within a specific category come with a set of amenities.

Is it possible to create push notifications for check-in? That when the room is checked in, a message for the staff member appears on the display.

Group folded by arrival dates
In the group overview, it would be very helpful if not only the rooms could be folded in, but also the different arrival days. There are definitely groups with staggered dates.

Turn off notification sounds

We would like to be able to turn off the sound when a notification comes in.
when we are talking to guests, it is very annoying when we hear a 'ping' in our ear all the time.

Monthly timeline needs to display ALL bookings
THIS PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN SOLVED DESPITE YOU SAYING IT HAS BEEN RELEASED!
the monthly timeline is already a lot better to deal with long-stay enquiries, however, we have just oversold our property due to the fact that a short stay was not showing up on the monthly time line. we thought we had the full three months available when we didn't.
this is of course not acceptable meaning we are not able to use the monthly view.

product price not able to manual change
i have set up new products with a zero rate as we need to be able to manual add the correct one each time. however, when coming to posting the product, it won't let us change the amount from zero.

Updating and closing tasks
It would be great if you had the option to not only update a task when opening it, but also to close it from that same window. Now you need to update it, close the task and then only are you able to complete it from the list (task list or within the reservation).

checking in a guest manually needs fixed!
Currently to check in a guest, You have to navigate too many screens between payment, guest info, and check in. Instead when you click check in, MEWS should automatically prompt the guest info then payment instead of having to navigate multiple tabs.

edit daily rate and change room number for options
Currently daily rate is not amendable once the bookings are created, with a status OPTION (not confirmed). We used to have it but not anymore.

Adjust a price for entire space categories SEASONALLY
Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.
