When Housekeeping posting minibar-products from Mews app it should be able to choose a default on responsible department so they don't have to fill it out every time

A filter on allocated spaces to housekeeping, that filter out already assigned spaces. With the one we have now, you can assign the same room to more employeed by a mistake.

If a guest checks in after 00:00, even 00:01, space status does not count that night as night 1. This causes errors on when the room is cleaned. It may be an idea to push this back to 03:00 to prevent errors.

Be able to lock the view for employees when assigning rooms in the morning
I wish to be able to have a locked view setting / ghost view when assigning in the morning. This to to let employees see too soon what floors/section they are on.
Reasons: It could cause unneccisarry stress, we might need to change and they like to plan before work. As employees can use the app in their private phones, they are able to start processing when they shouldn't. And its a help for them to not work, before work. Even thouh we start assigning 1-2h before actual start for all employees.

Suggestion for Time Allocation in Space Category Settings
In housekeeping operations, efficiency and planning are key. Currently, housekeepers rely on a “fixed” amount of time per space, depending on the category, features, and other variables. To streamline this process, it would be highly beneficial to introduce a dedicated field within the Space Category settings for allocating the average time required to clean each space type.
Example Time Allocations:
Standard Room: 20 minutes
Junior Suite: 45 minutes

Gästeprofilnotizen im Mews-App für Housekeeping anzeigen
Zurzeit sind nur Reservationsnotizen im Mews-App ersichtlich. Dabei fehlen aber die Notizen vom Gast (z.B. wünscht zwei Kissen). Ist es möglich, dass die Gästenotizen mit der Rubrik "Housekeeping" auch auf der Mews-App hinterlegt sind? Somit muss die Rezeption die Notizen nicht jedesmal kopieren.

3 phase check on clean room
We would love to have 3 pahce check for housekeeping.
One when room is cleaned, one for inspected and one for maintenance to finish as we have a lot of things to take to consideration before the room is ready for guests.1 vote -

Housekeeping room status - possibility to fil in the room status the day before
We would like to be able to fill in the housekeeping room status the day before. In case a housekeeping manager has a day off or starts later.
At the moment it is not possible, because if you click the date to day after they rooms will not been shown for this date as well, but still shows departures and stay overs from the day of today.2 votes -
Tasks in app should have different colors
The ‘completed’ and ‘future’ tasks have the same colour scheme in the app. This is complete nonsense in terms of meaning.

Remove/mark space on the allocation list when room is allocated to an employee
When allocating room numbers to employees it is not possible to see if a room is already allocated to another employee. Most days our houskeeping manager devides about 100 room, and its easy to miss that you have allready allcoted the room. It also dose that she acually prints out the list, marks the rooms on paper, and then allocate the rooms in MEWS operations.
Rooms should be marked/flaged when assigned to make it easier.

Housekeeping - Minutes per room
Allow a manager to set the minutes per room as a goal time for due outs and stay overs. Have this option to print on the housekeeping assignee report to be able to set a goal time and accountability for the staff.

Support default preferences in the app
First of all, the app works great for us. But please make it possible to set a default on own preferences. As an example. We would like to see the tasks always on date type: 'deadline'. But the app shows it standard on 'created'.

Improve housekeeping allocation functionality
We currently find the process in Mews Operations of assigning cleaners to rooms very clunky... and possibly the worst feature of Mews. Here are some suggestions for improving this process:
Show employee name or incorporate a drop down menu for assignee selection. Currently you have to type in a few letters of the employee's name and then it shows only an email address, so you can't be sure it's the right employee unless you are a genius and know everyone's email address. Surely this is a simple one to solve?

Task Start Date
Hi Product Team,
I would like to suggest that it can be possible to have a start date for Tasks made. We've noticed that whenever we make a task, especially for our Housekeeping Department, they get notified right away even though the task is to be done in a week - for example setting in extra beds og additional cleaning. This has made a lot of confusion and extra work in our hotel, as they finish it on the day the task is made, and not when the deadline is.

Status change to clean at checkin
Operations are complaining about the lack of housekeeping statuses, especially check in status. Optimal functionality would be "occupied" but maybe it could be solved by using clean status at check in?
The reason for this is that by keeping the space inspected, front office forget to check in reservations (ghost rooms) and they lose control over how many inspected spaces are available to sell to walk ins. For housekeeping it is the other way around - when check in makes room dirty they re-visit already cleaned rooms, disturbs guest etc.

Adjust legionella status with occupancy
The current functionality of the dirty (legionella) status is linked to the status of a room: if it's in clean or inspected for 7 days it switches to status dirty ( legionella). If the setting of rooms is: change status to dirty on check-out, then it is possible that if a check-in ( but not check-out) occurs somewhere within the 7 day window, the status of the room during the occupancy changes to dirty( legionella). This is incorrect. As the room is occupied the room should not go to legionella status, as it is used.

Stayovers
Reservations checked in after midnight don’t show as stayovers in the morning. This creates confusion for the housekeeping team as the rooms don’t come up in their Space Sratus report.
Our Housekeeping team assign dirty rooms to Room Attendants from Mews Space Status report.
They view three reports:
Departed or departing
Stayovers
Arrived or arrivingReservations checked in after midnight come under arrived however the guest booked and stayed last night and should receive stay over service.

Different colours for the room status for housekeepers
Is it possible to have different colours in the application for ”departed”, ”arriving”, ”arrived” and ”stayover”
For example:
”departed” = green
”arriving”= orange
”arrived” = yellow
”stayover” = blueCurrently, our cleaners easily get confused in a hurry, whether the guest is coming or has left, as all these markings are the same color.
