    Clearer distinction between different events on the same day. Now when I format two or three events, it's not easy to make the distinction. It seems like there's a lot of information and a lot of data mixed together.
    TIP: for example, when you click on the icon, you get immediately referred to the events calendar.

    it would be nice if Mews would consider this option as there are many hoteliers out there, but I am speaking here mainly on behalf of our hotels how important this is to work towards a tailor made service for the customer. For example certain packages, group reservations, VIP, tailor-made guest requests etc... I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this and mostly how time-saving it is. Now the front officer has to look up reservation per reservation (several times even) and/or write down the information on a separate log for proper follow-up. I hope you realize how frustrating and time consuming this is?
