    We agree that this is an important issue which has a negative impact on all properties with additional service and causes manual work for our colleagues on site.

    I'm happy to share that this initiative is currently on our roadmap.


    We'll surface the cancellation & payment policies across the reservation domain in these areas:

    • Reservation screen
    • Reservation module across key tabs
    • Availability blocks
