This is a must, you should get a notification if a guest cancels their booking, this is basic on other PMS systems.

This is available in other PMS systems, it is a lot easier than using restrictions on a rate, and then when you want to delete a rate, you have to delete all restrictions first, this is time consuming. It would be a lot simpler if when making a rate, there are sell dates and stay dates, which would mean far less restrictions.
