Hi Mewsers! We're happy to announce that we've released the Messaging API (& webhook)!
Whether you're using an external tool or handling everything in Mews chat, you can now unify all messages to and from guests in one place.
Integration partners are now able to check out the use case in our API documentation and start building a connection to the Mews chat function.

There should be a possibility to integrate MEWS chat with external communication solutions (like Bookboost which already has a MEWS integration) to bundle all incoming message. Many hotels use such solutions to create unified inboxes from Email, Whatsapp, Messenger, SMS, etc. and be able to communicate better with guests, but MEWS chat is currently the exception which is quite inconvenient.
