This.... When somebody is blacklisted and you can not see anymore why is so bad and makes the phone call to cancel the booking quite awkward

I also think this is very problematic, as we keep important information in Internals (guest profile notes) and we obviously don't want to lose it. When you merge it also keeps the classification, so why not the notes?!

And to add up: in the merging screen, can addresses and payment methods also be added, as many times it gives good information for comparing profiles and to see if it's the same guest.

Agreed this is problematic: possible solutions could be listing the notes together in the new profile or at the very least displaying the notes on the screen where you select the profile to keep, then if one has notes and one doesn't you can see which is which before choosing to merge.

When we merge guest profile, we can lose some informations in the guest profile notes box. This is really problematic and should not happen...
