    We reopened this request for further upvotes. It is fairly clear what is being requested and it will need more investigation from Mews. In the mean time we would ask you to continue to up vote if this is still a required connectivity feature request.

    Hello, this is ben from Quicktext. I have forwarded this ticket to some of our shared customers. The idea behind it is as follows:

    MEWS has an auto-check-in/out feature that is based on emails. The problem is that too many people do not pay attention to this email and, as a result, they don't do the check-in procedure. We propose that on the day of Check-in/out MEWS sends to Quicktext a list of all customers that have not done their online Check-in/out so that we can push the check-in/out link to them by SMS. This timely push would greatly increase the number of guests that would go through the online check-in/out procedure.
