    This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams.     The credit card payment screen has tabs to select Merchant or Terminal. Our reception team make the error quite frequently, and use the Merchant screen instead of the Terminal screen to enter a guest payment. In these situations we are then charging the guest twice!
    When these screens were on the same page, the error did not occur as it was clearly Merchant on the left and Terminal on the right. The old format reduced a lot of the problems we are now facing so request the change back.
