In multi-property setups, we are receiving messages from guests across both properties, even when the guest has a reservation at a different property. This is very confusing for the teams, as there is no way to track communication with the guest. It is not a valid communication channel between the hotel and the guest. It creates confusion for the team and leads to a poor experience for the guest.
