I second this, greatly. In addition, open bills should be settled upon cancellation if the guest has no additional stays on that bill. I cannot understate how critical it is to get cancellation alerts from Mews when bills are left open with a pending balance to be refunded, yet there are none. Having clients request their money back when you weren't alerted by your system is an embarrassment.
