We just had a guest complaining that they were not able to book their stay that includes children, but they were patient enough and also found a work around where they tried to search with 5 adults (they initially tried 2 adults + 3 children), and managed to book. I am very surprised to learn that this was an issue to begin with, and also surprised that this has been on-going issue for many years.. I hope they can implement a fix to this issue as this creates massive direct booking experience disruption.
