    Concerning that customers have been asking for this for 3 years. It will be critical as you try to grow market share in the US.

    When I get the booking email, I want to see a field with the guests phone
    We need to require a guest's phone number (and ID) to be automatically collected and sent over.

    We just onboarded two properties to MEWS from our old PMS, we are going to miss this critical feature.
