    At AutoCamp we would actually like to see this report available for any specified reporting period. In addition to using this for staff planning we use it to plan for heavy F&B sales and inventory ordering. The information contained here is critical to operations and there is nowhere else in the system to see this except for the 7-day period on the home page.

    Hi all,


    In case you've missed the update based on your feedback, now Mews releases all automatically preauthorized payments 24 hours after guests leave, providing enough time to deduct any damages or incidentals if necessary, and saving staff from the hassle of manual releases.



    Additionally, when you manually create a new preauthorization for online payments and through your Mews terminal you can now select a specific expiration date up to 28 days later.

    Currently pre-authorizations stay in place for a full 7 days after check out, unless a front desk agent manually cancels it after check out. For many guests this credit hold can be problematic. We would like to see the system release the pre-authorizations automatically after check out.
