The change in preauthorizations was released in 2022, unfortunately, we missed updating its status.
Now manually created preauthorizations through Mews Payments can be selected to expire up to 28 days from the creation day. Also, for automatically created preauthorizations Mews releases the preauthorization 24 hours after your property's configured check-out time. Currently pre-authorizations stay in place for a full 7 days after check out, unless a front desk agent manually cancels it after check out. For many guests this credit hold can be problematic. We would like to see the system release the pre-authorizations automatically after check out.

At AutoCamp we would actually like to see this report available for any specified reporting period. In addition to using this for staff planning we use it to plan for heavy F&B sales and inventory ordering. The information contained here is critical to operations and there is nowhere else in the system to see this except for the 7-day period on the home page.
