Not sure if it should be automatically sending messages in case a room gets available. In the situation that there are more than 2 rooms in the waiting list I imagine the hotel would like to have to possibility to have the control on who needs to get the room.

An error occurred while saving the comment Milou Steintjes commentedI'm not sure if this is completely the same. But I think it would be great if the company notes are shown in the reservation of a guest.
Meaning if for a certain company the invoice is always on own account or especially the other way around we are able to see this directly in the reservation of a guest (when linked to this company).

For sure it would be interesting, however the automatic e-mail to the guest I'm not sure would be ideal. I think it should be up to the hotel to see which reservation needs to be confirmed.
