We reopened this request for further upvotes. It is fairly clear what is being requested and it will need more investigation from Mews. In the mean time we would ask you to continue to up vote if this is still a required connectivity feature request.

We are using BookBoost (Guest Messaging Platform) from MEWS marketplace. We did the set-up a couple of months ago and we are working with BookBoost actively now for about one month. In general we're really happy with BookBoost and its functionalities but we are also giving them feedback where BookBoost can work on, to improve the system. And one of the things is that the guests get's loads of messages now. On the one hand, we can reduce the BookBoost messages from our site of course. And on the other hand we want to connect MEWS and BookBoost so you can talk about integrating some functionalities. A specific question or wish from us would be that the confirmation email sent via BookBoost has the "online check-in - QRcode from MEWS". At this moment the guest receive 1) the automatic email from MEWS to do an online check-in AND 2) a confirmation email from us/ BookBoost... And we think that all your clients who work also with BookBoost would appreciate this integration > one email in a customised look and feel (possible via BookBoost) and the online check-in QR code from MEWS in one.

YES!!! I just wanna to request an icon. But same request like this one. Colour might be even more clear. We want of course a max of re-books per weekend and would like to have a clear overview in the timeline.

    Hi Mewsers!

We’re delighted to share the news that now you can configure Mews to let guests pay with iDEAL!

To learn more and get started with iDEAL check out this guide – https://help.mews.com/en/articles/5179046-enable-ideal-as-an-alternative-payment-method.

Once the above is done, your guests will see iDEAL as a payment method in the booking engine, payment requests & online check-out. You can take advantage of convenient, automated payment processing with a real-time overview and central reconciliation.

Thank you for sharing and voting for this idea,

    Your Mews Team

    Hello Marion,

Actually, you can already do most of this. One way is to make the 4-person room (room 1), a parent of the 2-person room (room 1a). Then, when one of them is booked the other will not be available either.

You can also create a separate space category for room 1a, so you can manage its availability via restrictions separately from the other 2-person rooms. This way, you can even set a slightly higher price for it.

What we would not do is have 2 otherwise unrelated spaces and have availability of one depend on the availability of the other.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
