Send Before start email for all new reservations not only 48 hours in advance
If you have the before start template set-up, this is triggered to be send 48h prior to arrival. However, if guests make a reservation 24h in advance, this template will not be send. It would be better if this template is send to all new reservation made within the 48h window as well. Because it is not logical that only guests who booked earlier in advance receive necessary information for their stay.

We use the Before Start mail to communicate to the guests an access code that is changed from time to time.
Since there can be a lot of time between a Reservation Confirmation and the arrival, we find the Before Start email perfect for this, since we know it is sent no earlier than 2 two days before arrival and will always contain the updated code.
But indeed, in case someone books for the same day or for the following day, then we incur the risk of not letting our guests know how to enter! Therefore, it would be great to introduce a feature solving this =)
