We just started to work on the feature allowing your guests to sign the registration card digitally during online check-in in Navigator. We are currently finishing the designs and our development will start to work on the first version soon.

We want to allow your guests to fill in and sign the registration card from their device ahead of arrival time. So the arrival is smooth, fast and safe as it helps you to eliminate big groups of people in front of reception (might help you to align with social distancing policies some of you have set nowadays).

We will keep you posted here on our progress. In case of ideas, requests or questions regarding this feature, please let us know. :-)

Hello from Mews product team,
we have to put this feature on hold for a while as its scope has increased.
We have been speaking with few of you what does signature on registration cards actually means for you.

Most common needs:
- collecting information for for foreign police
- protection against chargebacks
- proof of guest’s agreement with House rules (which we don’t have in Navigator yet)

We need to design solution for handling all of these and we also need to solve updates in reservations which happen after the registration card was already signed.

Your guests will be able to sign registration forms digitally in Navigator (Guest portal). We are super excited to work on this idea and will certainly let you know once this is released.
