cancellation state in Availabilty block report
Availability block report there are two statuses: optional & Confirmed. I would request that you can also have a cancelled state aswell. That way you can have a overview of all cancelled blocks, statistics regarding which blocks were picked up and easier communication within the hotel and the booker.

I would like to ask you if it is possible to create a status on group blocks as LOST (meaning being able to pass an inquired or optional block to lost status with the justification on why we lost the group). This way we can track the business we lost and the reason why we lost it.

I cannot give you a specific date at this moment, however; stay tuned!

We would urgently require the addition of the status "Cancelled" to availability blocks, so that at a glance we can immediately find the status of a group in the Availability Block Report
