Create one registration card for group bookings instead of printing multiple cards in bulk for a group with more than one room. There is typically one single guest in charge of reserving and paying for group reservations. One single registration card (with the group's number of rooms, rates, and dates of stay) that the primary contact of the group could look over and sign upon check-in would be very helpful for us, our guests and also other properties who often have group stays
