Hello Mews Product team,
After 3 days of vacant dirty, our rooms get really dusty, develop a bad odor, spider webs created all over and white bed sheets get stained with dust and dirt particles from the ventilation.
Operation wise, this is not conducive, and I would have to go through the timeline, when possible, every morning to put rooms which are more than 3 days unoccupied, on dirty manually. This consumes a lot of my time as we have over 800 rooms capacity. Besides, if I am not able to effectively do this, and the system sells out those rooms, we eventually face unwarranted issues and problems with guests. This does not portray the kind of hospitality service we envisage.
That being said, I ask that you make the legionella settings more flexible so we can set the number of days as we want and that we set MEWS to put rooms on dirty every 3 days, rather than 7 days.
Thank you!
