    Provide the group "organizer" / an individual owner of a group of reservations, the ability to complete OCI for themself and also other reservations contained within that same group that are different owners.

    Currently only the owner of their reservation contained in a group of reservations can check-in for themself and provide CC for incidentals; not for other reservations with different owners in the same group.
