Hello,
We are also a property with no human reception. We are sending the guests one access code via e-mail once they've completed their check-in.
These people who have already completed their online check-in should receive it inmediately so they don't have to take another step in the mews kiosk at reception. At this moment, we are changing the status from online check-in to check-in manually the day of arrival but in order to send them this information. It is really a waste of time and we can't make mistakes.
It would be extremely helpful for us if this was made automatically the day of arrival, I think this is a problem all the properties with no reception are facing.
