    Very important,because guests could be checked in in rooms that are already occupied with other guest. This is also an security issue. Nobody wants to wake up at night with a stranger standing next to your bed or surprising you, when you take a shower!

    Due to the "non existenz" of this service, a lot of people are complaining and even considering to not book the hotel again. It reflects badly on the hotel.
