I can’t wait for this to be in place either – fingers crossed! Mews is fantastic, but the task management takes way too much time. Just as an example: all our double rooms can be set up as twin beds, and many of our conference groups request this. Yesterday, we had to create 53 separate tasks for housekeeping just to make sure they wouldn’t forget – even though it’s already listed in the product report and as an item in the booking! Such a waste of time!
