Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

Mews should take the cancellation policy that corresponds to the booked rate and include it at the "inquiry", "optional" and "confirmation" e-mails sent to guests.
We would appreciate also the possibility to select a customised template from a drop down list: Useful for special conditions (not standard) as groups, corporate bookings with existing contract.
*Please allow us to generate customised templates!On the other side, the notes written in the notes field should appear in the "inquiry", "optional" and "confirmation" e-mails sent to guests. There is were we make clear special notes for the reservation, requests, or special conditions for that specific reservation.
It is important that guests see they receive their offer / confirmation, and not just an automatic standard e-mail, and it should include as mentioned above, notes from the person that managed the booking /assisted the potential guest by phone.

There is a specific "Counter" in Mews for the registration cards, but there is no report we can get sorted by Registration Card Number.
In our case, we must register each guest (using a correlative registration number) at the time of check in.
One of the reasons is that the Authorities / Country Administration requires from the hotel, a city tax report that consists in a list of guests sorted by registration number, that includes personal information and details of the stay.
If we can get a list of invoices in Mews (using the Invoice Counter), why is it not possible to get a list of Registration Cards ? (using the Registration Cards Counter)
