Hi Mewsers!
Magic link are for quite while available for you as placeholders which you can simply add to your e-mail. (if you use our default reservation confirmation template it’s already there).We provide not only magic links for the online check-in but for messaging for example. Please find all magic link in the list of all placeholders for the emails here:
https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001840877-Set-up-emailsGuest with booking.com addresses receives e-mails from you together with magic links (b.com resends these emails to their real address).

Use Cases:
- Send scheduled transactional emails for costumers to fill the check-in online.
- Ops team doesn't have to trigger the email manually via Commander.
- Push more relevant information inside the email.
- Don't get emails from a different domain for the online Check-in.
- Get ownership of the tone in the communications with our clients.

You’re able to get your reports through Scheduler or through calculating it based on data provided in Connector API.
Due to performance challenges we are not considering to provide reports via Connector API.

We reopened this request for further upvotes. It is fairly clear what is being requested and it will need more investigation from Mews. In the mean time we would ask you to continue to up vote if this is still a required connectivity feature request.

The change in preauthorizations was released in 2022, unfortunately, we missed updating its status.
Now manually created preauthorizations through Mews Payments can be selected to expire up to 28 days from the creation day. Also, for automatically created preauthorizations Mews releases the preauthorization 24 hours after your property's configured check-out time. Hi Mewsers!
You can now disable the QR code from all guest-facing emails through the Settings.To do so, please navigate to Settings > Services > Stay > Options and make sure that you don’t have “Enable QR code in emails” option selected.
If the option is disabled, placeholder in the body email is ignored and won’t be shown in the email body, neither the QR code attachment.
