    This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates.     Thank you for your feedback and votes. We have completed splitting the messaging threads function, you will now be able to view internal external threads separately. We will be continuously to adding improvements to messaging as per your suggestions.
