An error occurred while saving the comment Simone commentedTotally agree - it causes issues for every department not being able to apply separate rates to separate nights under one booking.
We host weddings - where a guest may be a general residential guest one night and then a wedding guest on the second. The rates all have different payment and settlement rules, so they must be picked up as individual bookings rather than amending the price.
It causes issues for housekeeping, reception, sales, revenue management - pretty much everyone!Simone supported this idea · -

Agree - we often have upset secret escapes customers wondering why their bedroom is cheaper once we confirm their reservation.
