Preview of mail templates

Mail templates are currently editable and customizable using HTML within Commander. Although this allows for quite a lot of customization options, it is restricted to those who are more familiar with using HTML. Introducing a preview button or test email functionality could help properties greatly, as they could then see exactly what the final product will look like while they finalize their email formatting.

It's also important for being able to track the correspondence which was sent out to guests.

    Definitely needed, it's a current challenge having to make live test reservations to be able to see if the email templates are sending out correctly. It has caused some issues historically

    We think it would be a great feature to have a preview for the mail templates. To know how the mail will look like, before activating it.

    Would be good to see all the correspondence sent to guests from mews as back up, especially confirmations, so that if we have a charge back, or query from a guest, we have proof of what has been confirmed and all the policies etc

    It would be nice to be able to have a button to be able to preview each mail type, on the mail templates set-up page.

    A great idea, currently the only way to test an email is to create a reservation or use a real reservation and send it to your email. I don't believe you can test this in the demo site either so there's no way to really see if it works until you set it in the production site.

    Whilst you can view your HTML in other ways it's not quite the same as Mews puts it in a wrapper with your logo at the top and some other bits at the bottom.

    Should be fairly simple... Fill the provided HTML with a (random) reservation
