  1. In our previous system, it was possible to adjust the font size on order slips. The current font size in the new system is too small, causing frequent issues in the kitchen.

    Typically, kitchen staff across all stations could easily read the slips, but this is no longer the case. The small font size is slowing down operations and increasing the risk of errors.

    We kindly request the ability to modify the font size on order slips to ensure smooth kitchen workflows. Your prompt assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

  2. Possibility to exchange credit card to cash. If customer would like to get coins it would be nice to be able to charge credit card and then exchange it to cash.

  3. In certain hotels, predefined shift schedules are in place. During these shifts, the revenue recorded in the Mews POS system is expected to be allocated to a specific Revenue Center. Currently, staff members are required to manually assign each order to the appropriate Revenue Center. It would be highly beneficial to have a feature that automatically assigns the Revenue Center according to the time of day. For instance, all revenue generated between 06:00 and 11:00 hours could be automatically directed to the ‘Breakfast’ Revenue Center.

  4. This idea is specifically for the FSC market and a must have. It is asked in every POS demo.

    First, we would need a non-detailed ticket that simply states "1 meal", without any detail and without showing any tax differences.

    Then, customers in France very often ask to sum up the total of the ticket into "2 or + meals" (they just choose the nbre of meals they want on the ticket - which is very generic and does not show the detail of what has been ordered.
    Right now, there is no way to determine on 1 same ticket…

  5. It would be nice if in Bizzon the individual articles were added together on the final invoice and not individually. With large groups, it makes the invoice very confusing.

    It would be great to have the check-in and check-out dates in the "Reservation" part when you look at tasks together with the "Stay /Confirmation number/Room category/Room number"

  7. Add the possibility to choose a delivery slot on Digital Ordering, so that non-immediate deliveries can also be managed by Mews POS.
    Eg. A delivery for tomorrow evening, or for later the same day.

  8. I would like to have the stay dates included to the product checklist. We're using the product checklist at the host desk in breakfast and we would like to see at first glance if it's guests' first time having breakfast or if they had breakfast before. We can then either explain the breakfast buffet set-up or 'welcome back the guest.

  9. A critical issue is that items are listed individually on both orders and invoices, instead of being accumulated. This makes the invoices unnecessarily long and difficult to process. We tend to have big events going on and the invoice is going to be more than 5 meters long. It is very unprofessional and we urge you to address this issue fast.

  12. When you have a large group with multiple items, why don't the items merge but stay as individuals? This makes for a really long receipt and wastes paper.

  13. When splitting the bill from table layout it would be helpful to have multiple splittings at the same time. You could split a bottle of wine between 2-5 persons at once.

  14. Es wäre schön, wenn es möglich wäre die ausgegebenen Bons individueller anzupassen. Wir hätten gerne Preise auf den Bons die in der Küche rauskommen und die Schriftgröße würden wir gerne etwas größer einstellen.

  15. If you ad a % of tips or make a % of reductions, be able to rounded the invoice to the nearest 5 cents as in Switzerland with CHf the 1 cent is not existing to make 100% correct invoices

  16. Lets say a group of guests orders a steak dish, fish dish, chicken dish and veg dish.

    They all cook at different times and temepratures.

    Administrators should be able to set a priority for each dish so that no matter which order the server enters the order ot the tablet, the POS back end interface then re sorts the items for the chef kitchen order ticket so that the longest cooking item goes to the top of the list.

    This will aid kitchen operations speed and efficiency.

  19. Actually when settle a POS bill on a Guest account in Mews, Mews POS-Bizzon show gthe Name of guest on screen. To make sure this is gthe right person who wkill be charge. When guest has signed on tghe screen, the bill is posted on his room account and a Pro-Format ticket is been provided for reception.
    Reception store the ticket in the folder of the guest, but can not really controlled the Name of the guest.
    And when you have 2 guest in a room who seperated bills, you can charge from the POS on the right folio on…
