  1. In order to avoid seeing "None" under nationality in the customer statistics due to missing companion's profile, I would suggest that the system take the owner guest's nationality as default.

  4. Hello!
    I would like to know if it's possible to add the field of passport information (number, date of validity, etc...) to the registration cards. Some of our clients are from other countries and might need VISA so we can give them the information to prepare the VISA.

  5. could you please look into the monthly timeline as currently not a viable option (actually, it is totally useless).
    you can only see bookings of 14+ nights - we need to see all of them
    you can not move bookings - we need to be able to do so
    for us, we don't necessarily need to see a full year, but anything of 3+ months would be acceptable

  7. Option to directly add the CC in the process of making a new reservation. Otherwise you need to go to the profile and add it there. It cost extra steps / clicks and also the change to forget to add the CC.

    It shout also be linked to the rate you choose -> non refundable, always ask for a CC.

  10. Provide functionality for auto-allocation of bookings to units, in order to spread revenue income evenly across owners. Rather than Top-Down, Bottom-Up, or Random, taking prior YTD revenue consumed by unit in to account would help spread revenue evenly and keep owners happy (particularly w/ Condo-Hotel types where individuals own specific units and put them in rental pools)

  11. Reservation screen has multiple tabs - billing, payments, dashboard, profile. It takes a lot of steps to find all information and it doesn't sit in one place. Simplify getting around the reservation with all the details.

  12. Now when booking in a house use room it is set to one specific room.
    Could it be possible to make a house use room behave as a "regular" reservation in which changing and locking rooms would be possible?

  13. When viewing the timeline availability blocks are not visible, it would be good to be able to see availability blocks on the timeline.

    When the team look at the timeline it is misleading regarding availability if large availability blocks are in place.

  14. Guests often abort the Online CI at the credit card entry field, but complete the guest registration process. A completed guest registration should somehow be marked in MEWS as it saves time for the receptionist and creates a better guest experience.

    Possible solutions:
    Header text: must be checked in - Completed guest registration - Checked in Online
    Icon somewhere in the reservations of the arrival field
    When printing out guest registration cards, replace those of the guests that already completed the form with the actual completed PDF. (prefered solution)

  15. In case there are locked bookings, an overbooking should NOT be possible.
    Means I have 2 reservations, both locked. A new reservation could take place, if these locked reservations are swapped.
    But this can cause trouble.

  16. In the check out report we can see a lot of details for the reservation but not the set departure time. It would be good to see the set departure time or have the check-out report sorted by departure time.

  18. It would be very helpful if it was possible to freeze the overbooking lines on top of the timeline while scrolling (akin to freezing panes in excel). Doing that would make it a lot easier for Agents to solve those issues as they'd be able to instantly see where the overbooking could fit, without scrolling between the free spaces and the overbooking line.

  19. I would like to know if there is a possibility to add the sign of male (the sign of female is already there) for all the male clients? Sometimes with the name itself is not easy to be sure of the gender of the client and that will allow us to find it faster on the calendar view.

  20. Often employees need just simple information like how much persons are in the house now. For just such a simple qeustions it would be great to email them this information by the report mailing function with a simple mail or better any other messaging system. The excel report is to bulky peoble who just night this simple info stop jusing the excel email report.
