Simple automated rates updates within Mews
Have simple automated rate updates, e.g. 10% rate increase once occupancy reaches 25%

This is something Hotel perfect had built into it. We could automatically increase rates by % or £ depending on the occupany or number of each room category booked. Not everyone needs an RMS system and this would reduce alot of SMB tech stack.
