Interactive Training on MEWS University
While going through the MEWS University it would be EXTREMELY beneficial to allow us to get involved and interact by moving our mouse pad etc.. rather than just watching and listening. Maybe a more personal training experience where the persons voice asks us to move our mouse pads over a certain area and select options etc..

assign task to multiple people or departments
sometimes you need to alert more than one department and/or people of the same task.

split out of order blocks
it would save a lot of time if the yellow out of order blocks could be split instead of us having to shorten them and create a new one for the other half when we only need to open up a room for a certain date.

Increase Resource Category Quota
Holiday rentals/apartments that are dotted around a city/country will often have a situation where each room is its own category. Currently there is a limit of 120 per service. It's possible to create a service per region/city however this isn't very scalable when a region reaches 120 resources and then everything has to be split to a new service.

Benachrichtigungen detaillierter
In den Benachrichtigungen, wäre es super hilfreich, wenn nicht nur "neue Bestellung erzeugt" stehen würde, sondern zB. "Neue Distributor Buchung Anreise heute", oder "Neue Booking.com Buchung Anreise 02.05.22"
Zusätzlich wäre auch ein Logo anstatt des grauen Kreises sinnvoll.

Notification upsell kiosk
Receive a notification (email) when a guest orders a product or service as an upsell at the kiosk check-in process. Currently this is only possible for all products and services ordered through both commander and channel. We would like to see the option to enable notifications only for kiosk transactions. In this way the reception knows which actions to take next.

Add a person to an already occupied unit
Persons arriving later to a unit than the already checked in people - cannot be added for only a part of the whole stay. Same with persons departing earlier than the other people of the same unit.

Edit Rooming List
I have 2 requests that both pertain to the rooming list functionality.
1) I would like to be able to edit rooming lists once they are downloaded. Right now, they download as locked excel spreadsheets. That means it is impossible to add notes, or simply delete columns that are not relevant. I would like to share rooming lists with clients, but that is not possible without being able to edit them.
2) If reservations within a group have two companions noted in the reservation, the rooming list duplicates each reservation, making the groups appear double in size. This is confusing,…

It would be great if we could manage the Custom Links by category, and have the possibility to change the order of the links in the list.

Show actual Guest in house Profiles when clicking on 'donut'
The donut on the right in mews shows how complete the guest profiles are. However, when you click on the GIH donut to have a detail, it shows you the arriving profiles as well. In order to see the actual GIH, you still need to change the filters. This is not logical, as you are clicking on GIH, mews should apply the filters accordingly and only show the profiles of the guests who are actually in house at that moment.

Unnassign multiple reservations from rooms

Tagging Staff on Note Creation
We currently have the ability to assign a task to a user. However, in Notes, we can only leave plain text messages. We would like the ability to tag users using @function in Notes if this is possible. Also, would like to see who left a note by User and the note alway appears as General and not the specific user to created the Note.

setting new task in reservations
when you try to set the date in the (new) task, the calendar heights changes continuously between months. this is really annoying as you need to watch where you click if it is for say 5 months later.

Booking overwriting
How can it be that manual adjustments to a reservation are always overwritten by the channel manager? In addition, the profile, which then has to be adjusted again several times by the employee. This makes the work more difficult!

Mobile Application iPhone / iPad
Dear Mews Team,
Could you create a new Mobile Application where it will be possible to directly use Mews website instead of using an internet browser (like Google Chrome, Safari,...) on iPhone / iPad ?
At the moment the interface is not so user friendly and it could really save us time by creating a dedicated application like the MewsCommander app.

Allow companions to become reservation owners from a rooming list import
When companions are added to large reservations e.g. 100 + from the rooming list identifying the names of the companions is very difficult in these large groups. If users expand the columns, it means that they have to do a large amount of scrolling to find guest information as simple as the guests name.
Allow users to select whether or not they would like companions to become reservation owners when they have been added from a rooming list.

fermeture et ouverture chambre auto
possibilité de fermer les chambres à la réservation tout les soirs à la même heure et ouverture tout les matins à la même heure. exemple : reception fermé de 23h00 à 7h30 pas de possibilité de louer des chambres entre 22h00 et 7h30
