  1. de optie om een Company Voucher in het boekingscherm in te vullen is door MEWS weggehaald. Nu kan er alleen nog Public Voucher genoteerd worden. Wij gebruiken veel Company Vouchers dus deze graag terugplaatsen

  3. Da wir viele Produkte haben müssen diese übersichtlicher sein.
    Aktuell kann nicht angewählt werden wie viele von diesen Produkten gebucht werden möchten. Das heisst: wenn jemand zwei Hunde mitnimmt, muss ein extra Produkt erfasst werden mit 2 Hunde. Es kann nicht die Anzahl vom Produkt 1 Hund auf 2 erhöht werden. Jede Anzahl braucht ein einzelnes Produkt.
    1x ein Hund – 1x zwei Hunde. Dasselbe ist mit den Tickets, die wir verkaufen.
    Der Wunsch ist, dass der Gast das Produkt Hund anwählen kann und dann manuell mit einer Zahleingabe auswählen kann wie viele Hunde er mitnimmt.

  7. When opening the new product report, and then selecting the service type, the report SHOULD automatically provide only the product categories attached to this service type.

    Then, upon selecting or deselecting the category, the products listed should be ALL ACTIVE products, and not 'some' deleted products and some active products, and it definately should not an INCOMPLETE list of products.

    Alternatively, in the product details, one should be able to designate the product to be 'listed' or 'unlisted' in the product reports default setting.

    Speed in combination with paperless is of essence; and when "all products" is selected, it occurs…

  9. Ik zou graag een overzichtslijst willen hebben waarop ik kan zien welke kamers gekoppeld zijn/als groep geboekt hebben. Of een koppelteken bij deze kamers in de tijdlijn.
    Nu is het moeilijk om te zien of meerdere kamers bij elkaar horen. Dit is voor ons weer belangrijk om voor het diner of ontbijt te kijken hoeveel grote tafels we moeten indekken/hoeveel 4/6/8 persoons tafels we moeten indekken

  12. When pressing the new reservation button, the choice between individual reservation, block or quota booking with preset options should be available. It would be very helpful.

  13. We wish to be able to send 1 email (confirmation etc) for multiple bookable services as one. So if a guests books parking at the same time as their room, both services should be included in the same email. This is ensure a clear communication to the guest, without the need of spamming them with multiple emails for each service.

  16. When we open our arrival donut report we would like to see really quickly who paid and who didn't pay.

    For example: green dot-paid everyhing, yellow dot, an amount less than 50 euros to be paid and red dot more dan 50 euros to pay.

  17. When you log into the PMS, it shows an occupancy chart and underneath how many arrivals, departures, etc there are for the next few days. However, it would also be good to show HOW MANY AVAILABLE ROOMS there are on each day for the next few days. And I mean rooms and NOT occupancy. So, if someone asks if we are fully booked or if there is availability in general, one can very quickly see that there are still rooms available before digging in further to see which rooms and room types are still free. Ideally and to be honest…

  19. At the moment CTA restrictions are applied as of check-in time (ie. 3pm 3 days prior to arrival) for channel bookings. However, mews applies this in the distributor as of midnight (ie. 3 days prior to arrival). We would need all channels and the distributor to have the setting applied at the same time (midnight), to avoid parity issues.
