Hi Mewsers! We're happy to announce that we've released the Messaging API (& webhook)!
Whether you're using an external tool or handling everything in Mews chat, you can now unify all messages to and from guests in one place.
Integration partners are now able to check out the use case in our API documentation and start building a connection to the Mews chat function.

As an integrator, I also need to create/update note to a given reservation.
ideally this note should be read-only in the user interface and only writable by the API client that created it.
Use case: sending informations about associated service to the guest: restaurant, taxi reservation,... in order for the reservation service to give informations to the Guest from other insformation system.
