    In the USA, guests are receiving their Online Check Out email at 5:30 pm PDT. Our Check In time is 4pm and some guests don't arrive until much later. Usually all arrivals by 8pm. This is causing issues for our guests. When they check in, they almost immediately get a check out email. Seems like we are pushing them out the door. It would be helpful to setup a time by property to send out these Online Check Out Emails. In our previous PMS, we were able to schedule them to any desired time we wished. We would send out after 10 pm but no later than 6am the following day. This would be very helpful for all our future properties to schedule at least 1 time at our desired choosing. Thanks.

    We really need to have PDF as an option. The export is a Zip File and several mobile devices can not extract the file. It would be a required option for management reports that do not need to have csv. Much easier to view on mobile device if we had the PDF option as we do when we print a report. Why can't this be the same? Thank you.
