As with having more options for title, including Mx. (used at least in the US to indicate the individual does not wish to identify as male or female through the selection of Mr., Miss, Ms., or Mrs., our property needs this option because we cater to the LGBTQ+ community.

Similarly, although not exclusive to the LGBTQ+ community, having the ability to enter a preferred name and see this as an option in the Guest Journey communications, registration cards, bill previews, folios, etc., Guests via the Guest portal and Staff members should be able to enter a preferred name and check a box that informs the Mews platform to use this instead of the Guest's legal name appearing on government-issued ID.

Beyond visibility and recognition for our Guests, this also informs other Staff members of the Guest's preferred name to use when addressing the Guest in person.
