Have a no post option available so that a guest can not charge to a room from an outlet if we do not have money for them

Please add No Post feature for guest. So no posting can be done. On blacklist this is working, maybe get a copy of that and name it as no post guest.

I agree on this. That way a proper Credit Limit procedure can be implemented.

NO POST, would be very good to have a NO POST options for the guest that don´t want to have charges to the room or guest that don´t have method of payment for the extra charges.
