edit user account name or email address
User management enhancements so we can edit a username / name / email address. Best described by my help request / use case to Mews Support....
Is there an easy way for Mews support to rename a user and/or email address? We have a user who histrorically used the reservations@ email with almost all permissions as they were very senior. They now use a personal work email address and the reservations email needs to have permissions downgraded and name changed. It seems i have to delete both and recreate but the original user has 30+ housekeeping and other staff as direct employees so i will need to go into all of those and reselect their superior employee - managing users when you have a lot is not so simple without being able to edit all fields .... can you help?

HI, this is also very importent to us. When I started working in our hostel I made my profile with my personal email. Now that I am the general manager I have a work email adress. When I want to get in contact with Mews, all the contact emails go to my personal email. Also, almost all empolyees are under my supervision. So, it does not make sense to make a new profile for me with my professional work email adress. It is very impractical.
