This is a must. Every Hotel cleans by corridor, most Hotels have different category of rooms in each corridor. This means that the Housekeeping Manager needs to manually choose the rooms going forth and back.

It also a lot harder for the receptionists to keep track. There should be both options for Hotels depending on their need.

Best is for all sorting to be done by clicking on the name everywhere on the screen - including reservation report. This is very time consuming with the filters vs. For ex pressing “Last Name” on the top, then sorting everything by name or however you’d like it sorted.

However rooms number is critical for us.

Is it planned that on the timeline you can choose whether or not you want to look at it in the order of floors and room types? This would help us to get a quick overview on how many departures and arrivals are taking place on each floor. The space status is handy but can only be checked out for 1 day.

Have the ability to filter spaces on the timeline according to space features. Naturally, each employee should know the spaces and their features, but for larger properties just to have a quicker overview of only relevant rooms. Additionally, new starters at a property will not have full product knowledge, so would help them assist guests further and increase guest satisfaction through our PMS

With this feature, you will be able to sort your timeline based on space category either/or space feature, providing you with a quicker overview of only relevant rooms.
