Attach files to tasks
It would be helpful if the task section had the option to add pictures when creating a task. This is essential for both cleaners and maintenance team where having a picture that shows the issue is vital.

Ability to add attachments (photos/documents) to tasks. This is critical for Maintenance and Housekeeping operations as the assignee will be able to see exactly what/where the issue is. In addition, if this element is used for management to assign, track and review team tasks, the ability to add blueprints, schematics, schedules, etc. for maintenance is necessary.

Also would be great if a task could be assigned to a room number in the mobile app and/or the desktop program, so not to a certain reservation. This would make more sense for housekeeping & maintenance

Can this be released soon?

This would allow any department to add pictures to tasks, so any 'maintenance work' task is easily identified, for example.

This feature would be very beneficial, especially for properties in different countries where english is not the staffs first language.

it would be great if there’s a camera/photo feature that can be assigned to TASKS for both housekeeping and maintenance. We currently use WhatsApp and find that sending a photo of something broken or cleaning that needs to be addressed is more efficient and effective. As the old saying goes, a picture is worth a 1000 words. Further, English for some of my staff isn’t their first language but a photo can quickly and accurately state what needs to be done.
