  1. Product Checklist could have a wider set of functions such as ability to post directly to Profiles without a current reservation. And ability to post to Spacetime Reservations (not only Guest)

  2. Hello, we would like to have the feature of automatic logout/lock session after employee inactivity. For example, if there is no interaction on the screen for 60 seconds, the “lock session” should be automatically enforced for the employee.

  3. When products are added because of a package, thus added through a product rule with a rate or rate group as condition, when changing that Rate also the products should be removed.

  4. Very often the touroperator/agency have a common email they use for bookings. It should be possible to eighter register the same email on several persons, or choose company email to confirm booking,

  8. At the moment you are unable to see the specific group that has remaining rooms that have not been picked up, instead you see all the groups with blocks during the specified dates.
    With that you need to go into each of the groups to check which ones still have rooms that have not been picked up nor released.

  10. It would be very helpful if the age categories for children in the guest statistics could be adapted to the hotel-specific definition.
    For example: 0-5 years and 6-12 years instead of 0-9 years, etc.

  12. Excel rooming list must have a country field.
    For statistics we need to fill in the country (not Nationality) in the customers profile. With large business groups it is easier, to fill this in the Excel rooming list, than to open every customers profile.

  13. It should be possible to remove a guest from a group.
    Cancelation and rebooking is not a logical process. The canceled booking stays forever in the group, doesn´t it?

    Shouldn´t be to hard to develop. ;-)

  14. Hi, we need to filter by last name, but the export only contains first and last name in one cell, so we can only filter by first name.
    It couldn´t be to difficult to make a change, couldn´t it?

  15. Can we please create a feature to block room charges for so no one can add any unnecessary charges to rooms

    Right now, we are only commenting on bookings that should be on a no post basis, but of course there is human error at one point or another and it is sometimes easy to miss the comment especially when there are multiple information on the booking, and we end up not getting paid for these services sometimes

  16. Good afternoon team mews
    In the bill when you click on either go to preview or invoice gives us the option to create the invoice or preview the invoice from there to print it gives us 4 options of how we want to print the bill.
    Is there a way to add a new template where the consumption per cheche are the totals as something informative?

    Currently the mews invoice when creating it gives us the total of all the consumption of all checks and on many occasions the guest asks to know how much was consumed in each check…

  18. Multiple occupancy for a duration of stay.
    Expample: a Guest is staying for 5 nights. The first 3 nights is single occupancy and the last 2 nights are double occupancy. This should then have multiple rates *depending on the Hotel

  19. At the moment Mews only has a template when you send an invoice that thanks the guest for their stay, however the same are sent as reminder which then often get ignored by debtors.

    The option to create more standard emails, to create for example a different template for reminders of invoices would be a useful tool to improve the management from within Mews.

  20. When making a user profile it would be nice to have an end of employment date or something similar that allows to account to freeze or pause when an employee is not working at the property anymore. This would be a safeguard for responsible user management. This combined with a reminder in advance for users who have user management configured that a user has to be deleted or his/her access has to be extended soon.
