    If the option to see the previous amount of nights in the hotel is displayed in Mews, the type of amenities which are given to the guest can change so that it is more likely that the guest will return to the hotel as part of a loyalty programm

    Hello Mewsers!

    We are very happy to inform you that your request to automatically assign guests to their favourite room is ready and available for your use.

    Head over to a customers profile and, select the “internals” tab then click on “Preferred space features” to mark the preferences for your loyal guests.

    Tip: Make sure that you have space features setup to ensure that the guests are automatically assigned to the correct room.

    Hello Mewsers,

    We are very happy to inform you that we have released the new group billing screen!

    On this screen you will be able to remove items that have accidentally been added to a bill.

    We are currently working on the ability to automatically post negative charges (rebates) with a single click.

    Please note this functionality is only available on the new billing screen which will continue to run along side the current billing module.

    In this video, I am excited to introduce you to the next chapter of Group Management in Mews with Allotments.


    Allotments is a combination of multiple features that allow for better contract management with travel agencies and corporate groups. I will highlight key elements, such as multiple release rules and pick-up distribution, which provide more flexibility and automation.


    Watch this video to learn how these features can save time, increase revenue, and improve efficiency in managing group bookings.


    We have received a large volume of feedback from properties who would like to learn more about this functional. If you would be interested in a session to cover this in more detail. Please do lest us know by responding to this post in the Mews Community.

    For us, as a starting hotel in a not so well known place, allotments are of great importance for us and we do depent on them.

    We understand MEWS' view on allotments and we agree on some points, However, for a starting hotel they are really important. It would be wonderfull if MEWS could mean even more for us as they do at the moment and implement an allotment opprtunity.
