    Hello all,

This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Our product team reviews everything you share, and we might reach out for more info if we need it.

Thanks for your patience as we work to bring your ideas to life! You can learn more about the changes coming to UserVoice from this post in the Mews Community.

I just want to know why they are complicating the billing screen at a time when there were no issues with it? We don't understand. We feel a little held ******* by this design flaw. The old billing screen is a godsend for Accounting. It makes the workflow so much smoother. We feel as though the new billing screen is an eyesore and hard to read. It makes things take longer and is more confusing. The old billing screen is clear, concise, and fast. Reading left to right is more natural than top to bottom. Also drag and drop is easier than check-marking boxes and expanding windows. Please listen to the people who capture revenue for the properties, as they rightly know what works more efficiently. Thank you for this consideration! We want to do good work!

I work Night Audit at Freehand - Chicago. The "old billing screen" is clear, fast and easily readable. The new one is confusing, has too many texts at once, it complicates the users eyes. I can foresee many mistakes made to billing which is not good for Accounting. The new one adds to many steps to the process and kills the work flow. I highly recommend keeping the "old billing screen" at least as a selectable option, as my team is very comfortable with it.

Hi! I work Night Audit at Freehand - Chicago. The "old billing screen" is clear, fast, and easily readable. The new one is confusing, has too many texts at once, it complicates the user's eyes. I can foresee many mistakes made to billing which is not good for Accounting. The new one adds too many steps to the process and kills the workflow. I highly recommend keeping the "old billing screen" at least as a selectable option, as my team is very comfortable with it. Drag and drop is easier than opening window details. It's a perfect original design in my opinion. Please consider keeping the old billing screen in order to make it easier for your employees to capture revenue! After all, that's what it's all about! Thank you for your consideration. Appreciate your time.
