As as a user I want to leave and view ratings on integrations to make better choices when comparing integrations and leaving my own feedback for others to learn from.
We are very interested in hearing what type of ratings you would like to leave. Whether you believe a 5-star system or a thumbs up/down system would work better.

Visionline - encode second room to be opened by the card in field 4 of key creation command
In the current Visonline integration with Mews, Mews only sends one room number/lock id to be encoded in Visionline. This presents an operational challenge for properties that have the following room structure:
6228 - main suite (parent space)
230 - private room for 2 persons (child space)
228 - dorm room with 4 beds (child space with 4 additional child spaces nested)
228-1,2,3,4 - four separate dorm beds230 and 228 can be sold separately, as is any of the four beds. A party of 6 can also book the entire suite 6228.

Guest's name and email not transferred from Channel Manager

Booker field populated through CHM
Attach profile to Booker field via Channel manager integration.
Currently the "Booker" is being added as the owner of the reservation, but as some OTAs and Custom Booking engines allow for a Booker (as it exists in Mews) to be added, this needs to be mapped to the right profile field.6 votesHello from the Mews product team,

HESTA Report
Last year we were able to pull the report even with missing data. Now - as asoon as one detail is missing, there is no access to the report. The offical partners state that they need the numbers which is the most crutial to them. We need this report to work again, even with missing names / details.

Marketing Permissions from Synxis
Currently the API between Synxis and Mews does not pull through marketing data. We would request that this feed is developed so that we can utilise information that is being captured in Synxis but not feeding through to mews.

Group code name automatically updated in the Middleware
When updating a group code name in Mews, this update is not automatically sent to the middleware which results in time-consuming tasks performed by our reservations department.

Close to departure with an exception of a minimum stay
We need to regulate our departures on Sundays. Instead of having no departures on Sundays we prefer to offer for long stay clients (7days +) a departure on Sundays, but not for example for a stay Friday to Sunday.
Right now it is not possible to send this type of restriction to the channelmanger by mews.

Different attribution channels for revenue in Google Analytics
All the traffic in Google Analytics gets attributed to "Direct".

Late Check Out Key Cutter Integration
As it stands, the key cutter automatically defaults to whatever check-out time in that property is.
When a guest adds a late check-out to their reservation, or when we enter it as a product, Mews should change the time to whatever the late check-out in that property is. Then we can still use key cutter without having to manually change the check-out time. This will significantly decrease human error in the case that reception doesn't notice that late check-out was added.

Add more actions possible into Mews through Zapier
By doing more actions Mews to Mews on Zapier we would be able to have an infinite possibility of automations in various fields such as :
- payments : charge 50% remaining of a flexible rate, 30 days before arrival
-preauthorisations : on day of arrival, charge automatically the preauthorisations. If failed send email to team and guest...
- out of order : if maintenance issue task, turn property to OOO
