  1. It would be useful to have a pin (like there is for paymaster accounts or returning guests) on a reservation that contains internals for a quicker review of guests' information.

  2. We have long term residential guests who stay with us through a partner provider and who each sign a contract before they arrive - it would be great to be able to attach a copy of the contract to the guest profile so we can refer to it quickly and easily.

  3. Would be great if we can lock certain company profiles.
    So we can ensure its not overridden. Some integrating parties use these, and when deleted integrations may break. Also in certain countries specific fields are required. Would be great if we could also lock these for modification such as VAT fields/ Code fisc. etc.

  4. being able to set up parameters for the deletion of guest data. Some countries have restrictions for how long we are allowed to store this data. I.E 2 yrs after the last check in, or something similar.

  5. Have a real Company Profile with the Billing section (like the customer profile). Would be much easier to put bills directly on the Account Receivable of the Company itself.

    We are very happy to inform you that we have released functionality that will allow you to drag and drop files directly to profiles within the profiles tab.

  8. When room has checked out, you cannot find the reservation back in search bar by searching for room number. You should go into the timeline now. It would be great if you can access this last reservation that has checked out today from that specific room in the search bar directly.

  9. Once the guest is checked out, it would be great that the classification gets automatic returning icon. So at the next visit, we can clearly see that its not the customers first visit.

  12. When creating employees it would be useful to have an option to enforce two factor authentication. This could apply by user, so that those in more critical positions have to use 2FA (managers) where we could leave it off for housekeeping, etc

    Hello from the Mews product team.

    We are very happy to inform you that we currently support the ability to print registration cards in multiple languages, including French.

    Each registration card is printed based on the guests nationality as set up in Mews. For example if the guests Nationality is French, registration cards printed for that guests will be in French. The same process can be applied for gusts of multiple nationalities.

  15. For guests that are traveling with children, it is nice to give them a discounted price for some stay products, such as breakfast or excursions. Implementation of pricing for children can help to alleviate some of these costs for your customers and make pricing more attractive for families.

  16. Company profiles are very important to keep track of business travelers and are used to analyze data regarding corporate stays. For this reason, it is always important to keep company details up to date. As many companies change or if there are any duplicate profiles, it could then be very useful to implement company profile merging, similar to the feature available for customer profiles. This addition can help keep all profiles up to date and encourage consolidation in your property's system.
