Now you can actually see all the preview of emails within the customization of emails.

This does not cover the use case. It would be useful to view upcoming reservations on the actual dashboard in place of the donut. We need to easily be able to see when our next check in is even if it's a few days away. At the moment I have to run a report just to see when the next reservation is.The Gate Cornwall shared this idea ·
Customize the 'customer added' email - currently this email goes out to every guest and does not display correctly when sent through an OTA. This is often the first email a guest receives and is vitally important to get right, the tone of voice in the existing template may not suit the hotel it's being sent from. Having the ability to customize it would make a big difference to the customer journey.
